We use your information strictly for the following operational purposes:Emergency Dispatch: To coordinate service requests between customers and field technicians.Account & Staff Onboarding: To send secure login links, app download instructions, and dashboard access to business owners and their teams.System & Service Alerts: To provide real-time updates regarding service status, appointment confirmations, and critical system notifications.4. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions
By interacting with our AI agents or signing up for our services, you verify that you are the owner of the provided mobile number and consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Simplify AI Systems LLC and its associated trade brands.Opt-In: Consent is obtained through secure web forms, AI voice interactions, or when an authorized business owner adds a staff member to their dashboard.Opt-Out: You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT & EULA
Version 1.0 (Agency Master) | Effective Date: February 25, 20261. AGENCY ARCHITECTURE & IDENTITY
1.1 The Parent/Child Relationship: Simplify AI Systems LLC ("Agency") operates as a Technical Service Provider (TSP) for various trade-specific service brands, including but not limited to Plumber Prime and Locksmith Prime. All technical infrastructure, billing, and regulatory registrations are managed by Simplify AI Systems LLC.1.2 Tenant Isolation (The Silo Law): Every Client (e.g., a Locksmith or Plumbing company) operates in total data isolation anchored by a unique business_id UUID. Agency is not liable for data integrity issues arising from manual overrides or edits performed by the Client within the provided dashboards.1.3 AI Interface & Headless Logic: This platform is a "Headless" integration service. Agency provides access to specialized AI voice agents (Claire) and dispatch logic. Agency is the sole Technical Service Provider for these integrations; direct access to third-party APIs (Vapi, Twilio, Stripe) is managed exclusively by the Agency.2. COMPLIANCE & SMS CONDUCT
2.1 One-to-One Consent (FCC 2026): Client warrants that every lead entering the system has provided express written consent per the FCC 1:1 Consent Rule. Client is responsible for ensuring their specific landing pages and marketing materials contain the necessary disclosure language to satisfy TCPA and carrier requirements.2.2 A2P 10DLC Messaging Terms: By using the Agency’s platform, Client and their end-users agree to the following:Opt-In: Consent is established via voice interaction or web-form submission.Opt-Out: Users may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.Support: Users may reply HELP for assistance.Standard Rates: Message and data rates may apply.2.3 Biometric Privacy & Voice AI: Agency utilizes Artificial Intelligence for voice processing. To satisfy biometric privacy standards (BIPA/CCPA), raw audio recordings are purged every 30 days. Agency retains text-based transcripts for operational and audit purposes.3. DISPATCH LOGIC & AI LIMITATIONS
3.1 AI "Suggested Actions": All AI-generated dispatch recommendations, lead summaries, and price estimates are "Suggested Drafts." Client (The Tradesman) is responsible for a "Human-in-the-Loop" final review of all job details and invoices before they are finalized.3.2 Location Triage: Initial location capture utilizes "Semantic Landmark Recognition." Precise GPS verification is a secondary fail-safe. Agency is not liable for technician arrival delays caused by inaccurate landmark descriptions provided by the end-user.3.3 Force Majeure & API Reliability: Agency is a high-level orchestrator and is not liable for service interruptions caused by outages of upstream providers, including but not limited to: Vapi, Twilio, Make.com, OpenAI, or ElevenLabs.4. 10DLC SECURITY & REPUTATION
4.1 Isolated Sub-Accounts: Each Client is provisioned with an isolated Twilio Sub-Account. This ensures that the messaging reputation of one Client does not impact the Agency's master communications stack.4.2 Prohibited Content: Client agrees not to use the platform to send prohibited content (S.H.A.F.T. - Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco/Vaping). Violation of this clause will result in immediate account termination without refund.5. DATA BREACH & SECURITY
5.1 72-Hour Notification: In the event of a confirmed security breach involving Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Agency will notify Client in writing within 72 hours of discovery.5.2 Data Portability: Upon termination of service, Client may request an export of their "Vault" (Postgres/Sheet) records, provided all outstanding invoices are paid in full.
